Apple Carrot Cake
Apple Carrot Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. pure vegetable oil, 3 eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
Blend thoroughly. Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to first mixture and mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 2 greased and wax papered 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes, until center of cake is firm to touch.
Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
Remove from pans and finish cooling on cake racks. Frost with Pecan Cream Cheese Frosting.
