Apple Cake
Apple Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c.oleo, 1 c. white sugar, 1 c. brown sugar, 2 eggs and 2 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream oleo and sugars.
Add eggs and mix well.
Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt and pumpkin pie spice.
Add this to creamed mixture, alternating with milk and vanilla.
Add apples. Put into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Before baking, sprinkle with the last sugars.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
