Apple Cake

👨🍳 Instructions
Cream sugar, margarine and egg.
Mix flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together and add to first mixture.
Mix well.
Mix in apples, vanilla, coffee and nuts.
Beat well.
Pour in lightly greased pie pan and bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes, 325° for glass pie plate.
