Apple Cake
Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. wesson or crisco oil, 1/2 c. margarine, 2 c. sugar, 3 eggs and 3 c. chopped apples, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix Wesson oil, margarine and sugar.
Mix well.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Sift together flour, soda and salt.
Add these to the oil and sugar mixture.
Add flavoring.
This will be a thick mixture.
Fold in apples, chopped fine (Winesap are better).
Fold in nuts.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
