Apple Cake
Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 4 oz. box vanilla instant pudding, 1 c. sour cream, 4 eggs and 2 c. peeled and sliced apples, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine dry cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs and oil. Beat 5 minutes.
Pour half the batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.
Arrange half the apples on batter. Mix the sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle half on the apples.
Cover with remaining batter, then remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
After cooking in pan for 5 minutes, remove from pan onto a platter.
