Flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in coconut.
Combine milk, egg, butter and vanilla.
Stir in well. Add dates, apples and pecans; mix well.
Spoon into 2 greased and floured pans, 9 x 5 x 3-inches.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Cool on rack.
