Apple Bread
Apple Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. apples, peeled and chopped, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3 c. all-purpose flour, 2 tsp. soda and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Stir sugar into apples and let stand 30 minutes.
Stir flour, soda and cinnamon together in large bowl.
Beat together vanilla, oil and eggs.
Add to dry ingredients.
Blend in apples and chopped nuts.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake for 50 minutes at 350Β°.
Let cool in pans 15 minutes.
I prefer to use 3 loaf pans.
