Apple Bits Mold
Apple Bits Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. cold water, 1 (12 oz.) diet shasta strawberry pop, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Soften gelatin in water.
Stir over hot water until dissolved. Add all remaining ingredients except apple.
Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
Fold in apples.
Spoon into individual molds or small ring mold and chill until firm.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups, 4 servings.
