Appetizer Pie
Appetizer Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 to 1 1/2 oz. dried beef, finely cut, 2 tbsp. green peppers, finely chopped, 2 tbsp. milk and 2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix cheese, milk, beef, onion and peppers.
Put in Pyrex pie or quiche dish (8-inch).
Sprinkle with nuts.
Can be made ahead and cooked later or frozen and reheated.
Cook until bubbly. Double recipe for 10-inch pie pan.
Serves 8.
