Appetizer Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 3 eggs, 2 tbsp. onion flakes, 2 tbsp. parsley flakes and 1 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine all but chili sauce, jelly and oil.
Form into small balls.
Brown in hot oil and drain.
Add combined chili sauce and jelly.
Cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
Makes about 40 to 60 meatballs.
