Any Flavor Cookies
Any Flavor Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box cake mix without pudding (i.e., lemon, cherry, strawberry or chocolate), 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (try to use same flavor as cake mix; if can't find, use vanilla), 1 1/2 c. cool whip, 1 egg and white confectioners sugar (to roll cookies in), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix cake mix, pudding, Cool Whip and egg.
This is very hard to mix.
You may have to use your hand and swish between your fingers.
Make small ball of dough and roll in confectioners sugar.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Do not overcook.
Makes 5 to 6 dozen cookies.
