Annette's Blueberry Torte
Annette'S Blueberry Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. butter (at room temperature), 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 2 eggs, beaten and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cream sugar and butter.
Add crumbs.
Line 9 x 13-inch pan with this mixture.
Beat cream cheese.
Add sugar and beaten eggs and vanilla.
Spread over crumb mixture and bake in 350Β° oven for 20 minutes.
Spread pie filling over top and chill well. Cover with whipped cream before serving.
