Ann's Oyster Chowder
Ann'S Oyster Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 cans potato soup, 1 large can evaporated milk, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. bacon, fried and diced and 1 qt. oysters, cut bite size, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In 5-quart crock-pot, place soup, milk, spinach and bacon. Melt butter in skillet. Saute onion and oysters. Cook 5 minutes. Add wine. Cover and cook 20 minutes on low. Add to crock-pot. Simmer 1 hour or longer.
