Ann's Cabbage Casserole
Ann'S Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1 tsp. salt and 1 c. minute rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown meat, celery, onion and salt.
In a kettle, cook cabbage for 5 minutes.
After it starts boiling, drain and add meat mixture.
Then add rice and 1/2 of grated cheese.
Put in casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for one hour.
You may substitute bell pepper for celery and chicken soup for mushroom if you desire.
