Anita'S Hunter Stew is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. lean stew beef, cut in bite-sized chunks, 1 pkg. dried onion or onion-mushroom soup mix and 1 can condensed tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown meat, using no seasonings, in a skillet or Dutch oven. (I use a deep fat fryer/slow cooker combination.) Turn down heat. Add soup mix and condensed soup.
Water can be added (a small amount) to make a thinner sauce.
Cover and simmer until meat is done.
Serve with rice, mashed potatoes or noodles.
