Angel Salad
Angel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large box jell-o (any flavor), 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain and save juice, 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drain and save juice and 1/2 c. nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups hot water.
Add cream cheese to Jell-O mixture and stir until cream cheese is dissolved.
Measure drained juice from pineapple and fruit cocktail and add enough water to make 1 1/2 cups.
Add this with the marshmallows, pineapple and fruit cocktail to the Jell-O mixture.
Let congeal slightly and fold in Cool Whip and nuts.
Makes a large bowl of salad.
