Angel's Delight
Angel'S Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. granulated sugar, 2 eggs, well beaten, about 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 level tsp. baking powder and 4 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grease and flour muffin pans.
Put a little flour over nuts and dates.
Stir all together (except whipped cream).
Bake 25 minutes at 375Β°.
Remove from pan immediately.
Cool; break up in pieces. Mix in 1 pint whipped cream.
Put in sherbet dish and place a cherry on top.
