Angel Pie
Angel Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. crushed pineapple, 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten, 1 c. water and 4 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine sugar, water, pineapple and cornstarch.
Cook in double boiler until thick.
Remove from heat and fold in egg whites.
