Angel Nut Pie
Angel Nut Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 25 ritz crackers, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Crack and separate eggs while they are cold.
Then let stand until room temperature.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Gradually add sugar and baking powder.
Continue beating until all sugar is added and egg whites form peaks.
By hand, add crushed crackers and pecans and fold into egg white mixture.
Pour into greased pie pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Recipe can be doubled, use 9 x 13-inch pan.
