Blend cake mix, water and extract and beat 30 seconds on low speed.
Beat 1 minute on medium speed, then fold in coconut.
Drop by scant teaspoonfuls 3 inches apart on a cookie sheet that has been lined with foil, then greased.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Chill thoroughly before removing from foil.
