Angel Kisses is an easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 2/3 c. sugar, 1 c. pecans, chopped and 1 c. dates, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar gradually while continuing to beat.
Fold in pecans and dates.
Drop in teaspoons on foil-covered cookie sheets.
Place in preheated 375Β° oven, turn oven off and leave overnight.
Do not open oven.
This requires 3 cookie sheets.
Arrange oven racks to accommodate before heating.
