Cut angel food cake into 2-inch cubes; set aside.
Drain pineapple and save juice.
Mix pudding, 1/2 cup pineapple juice and milk.
Beat 2 minutes, until thickened; add pineapple.
Stir in sour cream until well blended.
Place 1/3 cake in bowl; drizzle 2 to 3 tablespoons pineapple juice over cake.
Spoon 1/3 cup pudding mixture over cake.
Repeat, ending with pudding mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 3 hours.
Top with Cool Whip when served.
