Angel Food Candy
Angel Food Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. white syrup, 2 1/2 tbsp. baking soda and dipping chocolate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Boil on medium heat to 290Β°.
Quickly add baking soda.
Stir very fast, when it foams, pour on buttered cookie sheet.
When cool, break into pieces and dip in chocolate.
Makes a large batch.
Be sure you use a large pan, it expands a lot!
