Angel Food Cake Delight
Angel Food Cake Delight is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jell-o, 1/4 c. sugar, 2 c. orange juice, 1/2 pt. (whipped) whipping cream or 1/2 carton cool whip and 1 angel food cake, frozen, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Heat orange juice to hot and steaming (do not boil).
Dissolve sugar in hot juice.
Pour over jello and mix well.
Refrigerate to congeal.
When jello mixture begins to congeal, fold in cream or Cool Whip.
Cut frozen cake into 3 layers.
Pour Jell-O mixture over each layer.
Refrigerate overnight.
Slice and serve with dollop of Cool Whip.
