Angel Food Cake
Angel Food Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. egg whites, 1 c. cake flour, 1/2 c. sugar sifted with cake flour, 1 c. sifted sugar and 1 t. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until egg whites form stiff peaks.
Sift cake flour then measure 1 c.
Sift sugar then measure.
Sift 1/2 c. sugar, cake flour, and salt together.
Sift 5 times.
Fold into egg white alternating with 1 c. sifted sugar. Add vanilla and bake.
Bake at 325Β° for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
