Angel Food Cake
Angel Food Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 11 egg whites (very fresh), 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. flour (all-purpose), 1 tsp. cream of tartar and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sift sugar into stiffly beaten egg whites and beat well.
Add flour, sifted 5 times with cream of tartar.
Add vanilla.
Stir as little as possible after adding flour.
Bake in floured tube pan for 45 minutes.
Invert and let stand until cold.
