Angel Food Apricot Nectar Cake
Angel Food Apricot Nectar Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 angel food cake, 1 (46 oz.) can apricot nectar, 7 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 c. sugar and cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Tear (or cube) angel food cake and place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking
Heat (low boil) next 3 ingredients in a large saucepan until thick (like corn syrup).
Pour over the pieces of angel let cool.
Refrigerate. When ready to serve, top each serving with Cool Whip and garnish as desired (chocolate chips, cherries, strawberries, etc.).
