Angel Flake Biscuits

Sift flour, salt, soda, baking powder and sugar.
Cut in shortening.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add yeast and buttermilk to dry ingredients and stir with a fork until a soft dough is formed.
Turn out on lightly floured board and knead briefly.
Store in tightly closed plastic bag in the refrigerator; use as needed.
Pat out dough and cut with biscuit cutter.
Do not let rise at any time.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 450Β° for 10 minutes.
Dough lasts a week and yields a dozen per day.
