Angel Flake Biscuits

Mix dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Add buttermilk and yeast which has been dissolved in water. Stir until all flour is moist.
Roll on board dusted with flour until a nice smooth ball. Dough is ready to be used or stored in refrigerator in covered bowl for up to 2 weeks.
When ready to use, roll out as much dough as you need on floured board 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick.
Cut out. Bake at 400Β° for 12 minutes.
