Angel Delight Salad
Angel Delight Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. strawberry jell-o, 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows, 1 or 2 cans crushed pineapple, 1 c. chopped pecans and 1 can angel flake coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

First, dissolve Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups boiling water and juice from pineapple.
Add marshmallows and chill.
Add coconut, pecans and pineapple.
Fold in whipping cream and chill.
May use any flavor Jell-O.
