Angel Delight Salad
Angel Delight Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. strawberry jello, 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, 1 c. chopped pecans and 1 can angel flake coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water and juice from pineapple.
Add marshmallows; stir until melted.
Place in refrigerator; chill for 20 minutes.

Pour into oblong dish and chill.
