Angel Delight
Angel Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. boiling water or use juice from pineapple, 2 (3 oz.) boxes lemon jell-o, 1/2 c. cold water, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained and 12 oz. angel food cake, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix Jell-O, water and juice.
Chill until thick.
Fold Cool Whip into chilled mixture.
Cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with half of angel food cake (torn).
Cover with half of mixture. Repeat layers and cover with Cool Whip.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
