Angel Delight
Angel Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (13 oz.) angel food cake, 2 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 3 tbsp. water, 3 eggs, separated and 3 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt chips and water in double boiler.
Stir in egg yolks and salt.
Beat egg whites and sugar.
Stir in cooled chocolate.
Whip cream and vanilla and fold into chocolate mixture.
Tear up cake and put in bottom of loaf pan.
Cover with chocolate mixture. Chill 6 hours.
