Angel Delight
Angel Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 1/2 c. angel food cake (10 to 12 oz.), 1 c. milk, 1 pt. soft vanilla ice cream, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries and 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, break up angel food cake and line the bottom of the pan.
In a bowl, mix pudding and milk; beat until smooth.
Add ice cream to pudding-milk mixture; pour this mixture over the top of the cake pieces.
Refrigerate pan.
In a bowl, combine jello with 3/4 cup boiling water.
Add slightly thawed frozen strawberries to jello; let partially set.
Pour jello-strawberry mixture over cake pieces.
Refrigerate.
