Angel Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. angel food cake mix, 1 1/2 tsp. almond extract, 1/2 c. strawberry soda, 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut and 1/2 c. pecans (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix together all ingredients.
Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet.
Cover with foil or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350Β°.
