Angel Biscuits

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Cut in shortening.
Add buttermilk and yeast to dry mixture.
Mix well. Cover and refrigerate.
Punch down.
Pinch off dough.
Roll out and cut.
Let rise 1/2 to 2 hours.
Bake on greased sheet 10 minutes at 375° to 400° degrees.
