Angel Biscuits

Dissolve yeast in water. Combine dry ingredients. Add shortening, yeast mixture and milk.
Mix well.
Turn out onto floured surface.
Cut out biscuits with biscuit cutter or floured rim of a glass.
Bake at 425Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes about 10.
