Angel Biscuits
Angel Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. self-rising flour, 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. soda and 1/2 c. crisco, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix flour, dry yeast, sugar and soda together, then cut in Crisco and add buttermilk.
Mix well.
Turn out on floured board and knead enough to harden together and becomes smooth.
Place in greased bowl and rub top of mixture with oil.
Cover loosely.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 425Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
