Preheat over 400°. Add yeast-water mixture to all other ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir until mixed well.
Add more flour if needed and knead on floured surface.
Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter.
Place on greased pan.
Use what you want and place unused dough in covered container; put in refrigerator. Keeps several days.
Biscuits are best when allowed to rise 30 minutes before baking.
Bake 400° oven for 7 to 10 minutes.
