Blend eggs, sugar and oil together.
Add buttermilk and molasses; mix well.
Sift together all dry ingredients; add to other mixture and mix well.
Grease and flour 9-inch round pans. Spread thin in pans.
Make sure not to put too much batter in pans. Layers are thin.
Should make 8 to 10 layers.
Bake at 350Β° for about 10 to 15 minutes.
When layers are cool, stack with apple butter or cooked apples.
If cooking apples, add sugar and allspice to your taste.
Keep covered and in refrigerator.
