Amish Noodles
Amish Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. bread flour, dash of salt, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. oil and 3 tbsp. water or a little more, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Make a well in flour. Add salt, egg, oil and water. Make a ball after kneading 5 minutes; let rest 45 minutes. Cut in half. Roll out each to 8 x 14-inches. Let dry 3 to 4 hours.
Roll up like jelly roll. Cut thin or thick. Let dry several hours.
