Amish Marshmallow Cream Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 1 jar marshmallow cream, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. butter/margarine and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine all ingredients and bring to full boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add 2 cups chocolate chips and stir until melted.
Stir in 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Pour into greased 8-inch square pan.
Chill until firm. Makes 2 1/4 pounds.
