American Cheese Fondue
American Cheese Fondue is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 1/4 c. margarine, 1 lb. american cheese, 1/4 c. flour and 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix, soaked in 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat milk and margarine until margarine is melted.
In blender, put flour, onion soup mixture and cheese, cut in cubes.
Add hot milk mixture.
Cover and blend on high until smooth.
Pour into fondue pot.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until thickens.
Reduce heat to maintain slight bubbling during serving.
