Ambrosia Salad
Ambrosia Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained, 1 banana, peeled and sliced, 1 1/2 c. seedless grapes and 1 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large glass bowl, combine pineapple, oranges, banana, grapes, marshmallows, coconut and almonds.
