Ambrosia Mold Salad
Ambrosia Mold Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, 1 3/4 c. thawed cool whip and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. orange jell-o, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain pineapple; save juices.
Add cold water to juice to measure 1 cup.
Stir 2 cups boiling water into Jell-O.
(Stir until all dissolved.)
