Ambrosia Mold
Ambrosia Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, 1 3/4 c. cool whip and 2 pkg. orange or orange pineapple jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Drain pineapple and reserve the juice.
Add cold water to make 1 cup.
Add boiling water to jello and stir 2 minutes.
Add juice and refrigerate 1 1/4 hours, until thickens like egg whites.
Stir in Cool Whip.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until it mounds. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Put in a 6 cup mold.
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Unmold.
