Ambrosia Mold
Ambrosia Mold is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 46 minutes. Made with (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained, c. boiling water, (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained, c. thawed cool whip and (8 serving size) pkg. orange jell-o, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add cold water to juice to measure 1 cup.
Stir boiling water into Jell-O in large bowl until completely dissolved. Stir in measured liquid.
Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Stir in whipped topping until smooth. Stir in pineapple, oranges, marshmallows and coconut. Spoon into mold. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Makes 10 servings.
