Ambrosia Mold
Ambrosia Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, 1 3/4 c. cool whip and 2 pkg. orange or orange pineapple jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Drain pineapple and reserve the juice.
Add cold water to make 1 cup.
Add boiling water to jello and stir 2 minutes.
Add juice and refrigerate 1 1/4 hours, until thickens like egg whites.
Stir in Cool Whip.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until it mounds. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Put in a 6 cup mold.
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Unmold.
