Ambrosia Mold
Ambrosia Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice (undrained), 2 c. boiling water, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained, 1 3/4 c. thawed "cool whip" whipped topping and 1 (8 serving size) pkg. or 2 (4 oz.) pkg. orange jell-o, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Add cold water to juice to measure 1 cup.
Stir boiling water into gelatin in a large bowl for 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
Stir in measured liquid.
Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours or until slightly thickened. Stir in whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth.
Refrigerate 10 minutes until mixture will mold.
Stir in pineapple, oranges, marshmallows and coconut.
