Ambrosia Mold
Ambrosia Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) regular size pkg. orange or orange-pineapple jello, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 c. boiling water, 1 1/4 c. seeded, halved red grapes or 1 banana, sliced and 3/4 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve jello and sugar in boiling water.
Add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in whipped cream, then remaining ingredients.
Spoon into 1 1/2-quart mold or 8 individual molds.
Chill until firm.
Unmold.
Garnish with additional whipped cream and fruit, if desired.
Makes 3 servings.
